Short term goal

I will be running a 13 mile race in February.  I took this decision after realizing that this semester I have ignored one of my greatest passions:  triathlon.  I spoke to entrepreneur Mark Marsiglio, a soon to be Ironman competitor, and asked him how he finds motivation to train while dealing with a busy schedule.  He said:  you have to set yourself a goal for a race.  So I did.  And so far, not even the cold winter mornings have stopped me from waking up early and running before class.  I had forgotten how good it feels to push your body’s limits, and knowing you are investing your time in the right place –
