I set a goal in December to run a 21K race in February. I have since then left my couch potato mode and found a running buddy, grunting males to go to the gym with, and re-kindled with my inner athlete.  However, as the date approaches, 15 days ahead of me, I realize the registering cost is 50$.  Finding that out was definitely a buzzkill, since I wasn’t planning on it being so pricey.  Well, perhaps not that it is pricey, but it’s that I’m on a student budget.

Should I do the Krusty Kreme Challenge instead?  Its a day before, and it consists of running 2 miles, eating a dozen of donuts, then running 2 more miles and eating another dozen of donuts. Hmmm…. I’ll let you know how that turns out.
