Stronger, Faster.

Today shall be called “The Great Day for Training”:

5 am run – warm up, running technique exercises, 5 K timed run, cool down

6 pm swim – 2100 meters.  My arms are sore.

8 pm gym – 3 rounds of Cross Fit.

  • peak heart rate 191.  I need to go higher.  No pain, no gain.

I’m not going to feel my legs or arms tomorrow.
